How does Motive work?
Browse the catalog, build a kit or start a project, and tell us what you have in mind. You will have a quote and a plan within one business day.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, and it varies by piece. Minimums are listed on each page.

How does pricing work?
The price on each piece is a baseline: one piece, customized, at the minimum shown. It tells you where a piece sits next to everything else in the catalog. Your final price is quoted per project. Quantity, artwork, decoration and timing all move it, and larger orders usually come in lower. Quotes come back within one business day.

What should we send for artwork?
Whatever you have. Vector files are ideal, but a rough logo, a screenshot, or a description is enough to get started. We will tell you if we need more.

Can you make something fully custom?
Yes. Motive Made is our custom work, built to your spec when the catalog is not the answer. Start a project and describe it.

What is a kit?
A kit is a set of pieces you assemble while you browse. Send it with your project and we quote the whole thing together.

How long does a project take?
It depends on the piece and the decoration method. We confirm timing in your quote. Most merch projects take 1-3 weeks on average. Confirm your in hands date and we can work with it.

Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. International is available by request, reach out.
