Every product on Motive earned its place. We don’t do endless catalogs. We don’t carry commodities, generic fillers, or anything chosen simply for being the cheapest.
Quality
Made, not decorated. Pantone colors matched. Decoration calibrated to the product. Methods chosen for material compatibility, longevity, and aesthetic integrity. Every product has a defined best version, and that’s the one we make.
Accountability
What you see is what you get, and if it isn’t, we fix it. If what arrives doesn’t match what you ordered and approved, we own it. Reprint, replacement, or refund, whichever resolves it best.
Worth Knowing
Production carries reasonable tolerances. Small variations in placement, registration, and dye lot are part of how things are physically made and don’t constitute a miss. Orders that fall outside our standards may be declined before production. Provided artwork may be subject to review. Changes requested after approval are subject to our discretion. When resolution is needed, the path is at our discretion to deliver the best outcome. This Standard exists because we genuinely want to make the best merch possible.
